broke my left elbow! what a way to start 2014! oh well, accidents happen. it sure shook me up. i just hope to get all the treatment i need to get me back on track. sometimes, i let self-doubt get the best of me. i have to keep pushing and most importantly.. focus. after my elbow heals, i am going to make a comeback and i'll be better than where i left off.. signing off.. truly yours.. :)
